San Francisco passed a new law last month that requires all retailers to display the amount of radiation a cellphone emits. Predictably, that law is now coming under fire from CTIA, the wireless industry group. CTIA has filed a lawsuit to block enforcement of the ordinance.

They are both useful and dependable, yet meet different needs.

Portable Hands Free Accessory

A portable hands free accessory is an item which can allow a person to use his/her wireless phone without actually holding the phone up to his/her ear. These types of products usually consist of both a microphone and earpiece for easy and comfortable discussion without having the phone in the users hand at the time of the conversation. This accessory can be used anywhere, including, but not limited to, an automobile.

 

 

Hands Free Car Kit

A hands free car kit is specifically designed for use in the car. It is a product which allows a person to use a wireless phone without actually holding the phone in his/her hand. t is mandatory in some states to use hands free earpieces if you want to talk on your phone while driving.

The product may be as simple as a device which plugs into the cigarette lighter to access a power supply and offer an external speaker and microphone, or requires the permanent installation of such components as a power booster, speaker and microphone.
